E) Still at the pre-writing stage?
Plot check-up
£250
Want some feedback on your story before you start writing? With a plot check-up you can run your plans past me to make sure you’re heading in the right direction. Send your outline, synopsis, pitch, chapter plan or back-of-a-napkin story ideas up to 10,000 words and I’ll send you back a short report on what I think is and isn’t working and what potential hurdles I see in your plan.
Maybe there’s no clear character development in your outline or the premise sounds more suited to adult fiction rather than YA. Save yourself time and stress by getting a professional opinion before you start!

G) Want a full day of instant support and feedback?
Day of Whatsapp: Editor in my Pocket £525
Ever sit down to work on your manuscript and wish you had an editor next to you to answer questions and bounce ideas off while you write? Well, I can’t sit right next to you but I can do the next best thing and be available ALL DAY to chat whenever you need me.
- Stuck on a tricky scene and need help figuring it out?
- Worried your main character’s goal just isn’t strong enough?
- Feel like that big moment where your MC finally gets their first kiss just isn’t hitting the mark?
- Want somebody to test out a maybe-hilarious joke on?
- Need to check if this bit is a bit too mature for middle grade?
Ask me all these questions and more!
How does it work?
I’ll be at your beck and call all day from 9am to 7pm UK time to reply to text and voice messages (but no live calls) over WhatsApp. It’s available on mobile and desktop so you can send me messages when you’re out and about if a thought pops into your head, and I can respond to you whether I’m in the office, popping to the shop or sneaking a fun-size Twix in the kitchen.
So, pick a day you know you’re going to be getting down to some hard work – whether it’s writing, revising or planning – and get me in your pocket!
